P is for Potato

I absolutely love anything that is made with potatoes. Literally would order for dinner, plates of french fries as the wild child that I was. So naturally when my girlfriend Genny told me about a quick and easy way to make red potatoes I jumped at the chance to make them.

1) Chop up potatoes into small wedges and then place onto baking sheet and season with basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

2) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and set a timer for 20 minutes.

3) After the 20 minutes are up, set the oven for broil and reset the timer for 5 minutes.

4) Place the potatoes into a frying pan with olive oil and crisp the edges until slightly brown.

5) Cool off and enjoy!
